Cook from frozen, uncovered at 350 degrees with convection fan for 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Place frozen cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. For extra flavor, sprinkle with sea salt before baking. Bake at 325°F for 15–18 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from the tray.
Allow the cake and chocolate sauce to fully defrost. Bake the cake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 1 minute. Invert onto a plate, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and enjoy. Best served with our housemade vanilla ice cream.
