OUR STORY
park city
Hill’s Kitchen was born in Kimball Junction, Park City—our first location and the heart of it all. Our goal: to make chef-driven food more accessible, whether you’re grabbing breakfast on the go, picking up dinner for the family, or planning a special event.
Rooted in the community and part of Hill Top Hospitality (Hearth and Hill, Urban Hill), we bring the same quality and care to everything we do. From fresh-baked pastries to seasonal entrées, every dish is made from scratch and served with a smile.
We’re proud to be a local kitchen feeding our Park City neighbors—one meal at a time.

Restaurant ownership has long been a dream for Hearth and Hill co-owner Brooks Kercheimer, and Park City helped make it a reality. A California native, Brooks earned a degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management from the University of Denver before launching his career at Montage Hotels in Beverly Hills and Deer Valley. He later revitalized Main Street’s landmark Zoom restaurant before moving to Maui, where he served as Assistant General Manager at renowned restaurateur Peter Merriman’s oceanside restaurant. Brooks, his wife Catherine, their children, and their dog now call Park City home.

A Texas native, Chef Erin Taylor graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2017 after applying on a whim—what began as a curiosity quickly became her true calling. She spent her early career in Austin at acclaimed spots like Easy Tiger and Le Politique, developing a deep appreciation for classic French pastries and naturally leavened breads. After years in the Texas heat, Erin followed her fiancé to the mountains of Utah, seeking a new adventure—though she’s still adjusting to the snow. She has worked in some of Park City’s top kitchens, including the Stein Eriksen Lodge and the Bill White Restaurant Group, drawn to the area’s unique blend of vibrant food culture and outdoor spirit. When she’s not baking, you can find her with her two cats or tending to her ever-growing plant collection.
