From our executive chefs to our attentive service staff, we operate with a shared energy to ensure every event—from the boardrooms of Salt Lake City to the mountain retreats of Park City—is seamless and memorable. We don’t just execute a checklist; we anticipate your needs and obsess over the details, bringing a restaurant-quality level of craft and care to every guest we serve.
Brooks always dreamed of restaurant ownership, a vision he realized here in Park City. Following a career at Montage Hotels, Zoom, and Peter Merriman’s in Maui, he now brings that expertise to every event. Brooks enjoys life in the Utah mountains with his wife, children, and their dog.

David, a Park City resident since 2007, helped realize his son Brooks’s dream of launching Hearth and Hill in 2018. A businessman by trade, David offers guest perspectives to ensure top-tier service. He and his family enjoy life and local sweets in the mountains.

Aly brings elite catering expertise to the team following a career at White Barn Inn, St. Regis, and Montage Deer Valley. Now a Director at Hill Top Hospitality, this Level One Sommelier ensures every event is seamless. Aly enjoys skiing and hiking with her family.

Chef Evan brings creative culinary skill to Hill’s Kitchen following his time at Stowe Mountain Resort and a nine-year tenure at Stein Eriksen Lodge. A Vermont native, he uses global flavors to craft unforgettable menus. Evan enjoys travel, family, and the outdoors.
